  • How do I subscribe?

    It’s as simple as a phone call to our Box Offce team at 403.294.7447 (Monday: 10 am to 5 pm MT, Tuesday through Friday: 10 am to 6 pm MT, Saturday: 12pm to 8pm MT, Closed Sunday & Statutory Holidays). We’re pleased to accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

  • I would like to purchase a traditional fixed seat, fixed day subscription. But I don't see an option to do that. Help?

    I would like to purchase a traditional fixed seat, fixed day subscription. But I don't see an option to do that. Help?

    Unfortunately, Theatre Calgary will no longer be offering traditional fixed seat, fixed day subscriptions for new subscribers.  Instead, we have introduced our Script Your Own Season flexible subscriptions.  This subscription model will allow subscribers much more freedom to select the number of shows, performance, price levels and seats! Build the package that fits your needs and schedule.  

    Don't worry, if you are longtime subscriber, you can still take advantage of the traditional subscription model. Look for your invoice either via Canada Post or via email in the coming weeks!

  • When will I receive my tickets?

    When will I receive my tickets?

    We are excited to offer mobile ticketing. Mobile ticketing removes the need for physical tickets. Your tickets will appear in your Theatre Calgary account after your purchase. For more information about mobile ticketing, please check out our Mobile Ticketing FAQ

    Rest assured, if you would still like to receive physical tickets, you can update your online order or let our Box Office team know. The team will mail out your tickets or hold them for pick up at our Box Office right away. You will receive them well in advance of your first show date.

    Absolutely! Our Script Your Own Season  subscriptions can be purchased at any point during our season. For details, please call our Box Office team at 403.294.7447 (Monday: 10 am to 5 pm MT, Tuesday through Friday: 10 am to 6 pm MT, Saturday: 12pm to 8pm MT, Closed Sunday & Statutory Holidays).

  • What if I can't attend one of my chosen performances?

    What if I can't attend one of my chosen performance?

    Your best option is to exchange a chosen performance for another time and date during the show’s run. Exchanges are free for subscribers, single ticket buyers will be charged a $3 exchange fee per ticket, and the earlier you make the exchange, the better your seating options will be. You can only exchange tickets within the same production.

    Please contact our Box Office team at 403.294.7447 (Monday: 10 am to 5 pm MT, Tuesday through Friday: 10 am to 6 pm MT, Saturday: 12pm to 8pm MT, Closed Sunday & Statutory Holidays) with any questions – they’re happy to help. You can also request an exchange via your Theatre Calgary account.

    If you can’t attend a performance, tickets can be given to friends or family. Or, you can donate your tickets back to us, and we’ll give you a tax receipt for their value. You can also request a Ticket Donation through your Theatre Calgary account as well.

  • Can I bring additional guest(s) to my subscribed performance(s)?

    Yes! Seven Show Package subscribers get a 30% discount, Six Show Package subscribers get a 25% discount, Five Show Package subscribers get a 20% discount, Four Show Package subscribers get a 15% discount and Three Show Package subscribers get a 10% discount on regular tickets.
