THEATRE CALGARY AUDITIONS


Theatre Calgary is a member of the Professional Association of Canadian Theatres, and operates within the jurisdiction of the Canadian Theatre Agreement. Artists cast in any production, regardless of CAEA standing, will be engaged under a CTA contract.


Artists who are members of the Canadian Actors Equity Association will be given audition priority. Non-Equity artists will be seen when and if spaces are available.

    2025 GENERAL AUDITIONS

    Theatre Calgary, with special guest Rosebud Theatre & School of the Arts, are holding our 2025 General Auditions:

    Thursday, February 6th (Musical Theatre)
    Friday, February 7th (Theatre)
    Saturday, February 8th (Young Performers)

    Theatre Calgary’s Artistic Director, Stafford Arima, Theatre Calgary’s Associate Artistic Director, Anna Cummer, and Rosebud Theatre’s new Artistic Director, Craig Hall, will be in attendance. Jane MacFarlane, Associate Director of A Christmas Carol will be in attendance for the Young Performer Generals.
